Legal

Terms of use.

The operator's statements about using this website and its interface to the Elysta contracts. Plain language, because the facts are plain.

Who is speaking

These terms are written by the people operating Elysta (“we”, “the operator”). No company has been formed and no jurisdiction has been selected for Elysta yet; the thesis that specifies the product records that its domain and legal entity are not selected. These are therefore the operator’s statements for a product whose collateral has no value, not a contract drafted by a law firm, and they will be replaced by proper terms when an entity, a jurisdiction and a mainnet deployment exist.

Elysium mainnetNo entity or jurisdiction selected

What the service is

  • A website. This site documents the Elysta protocol and provides an interface that prepares transactions for your wallet to sign. It also serves read-only data (the REST API and WebSocket) derived from the public chain.
  • Not custody. Your collateral is held by the ElystaCollateralVault contract under your own address. The operator cannot move, freeze or seize it; the permission matrix lists what administrative roles can and cannot do.
  • Not a broker or counterparty. Orders are matched between users by the ElystaOrderBookEngine contract. The operator does not take the other side of trades, route orders anywhere, or decide which orders fill.
  • Not advice. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Figures are measurements or documented calculations, never recommendations.

Test collateral

Elysta runs on Elysium mainnet as a beta. The settlement collateral is a test token (tUSD) with a public faucet and no value. Positions, balances and PnL are not money and cannot be redeemed for anything. Gas is paid in HYPE, which has real value; the operator does not sell, distribute or refund it. The contracts and the indexed history may be replaced by a new deployment at any time, and nothing settled in tUSD carries over to a deployment with real collateral.

Your responsibilities

  • You control your wallet and its keys. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key, and nobody acting for Elysta ever will.
  • You are responsible for the transactions you sign. The interface simulates each one and explains a revert before your wallet opens, but the decision and the gas are yours.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any that restrict your use of leveraged or derivative products or of this kind of software.
  • You will not use the site or the API to attack, overload or interfere with the services, and you will respect the published rate limits.
  • You understand the risks described in the risk disclosure and the methodology before trading, even with test collateral.

What we do and do not promise

  • We publish the contract source, the deployment record, the API contract and the methodology, and we keep the status page honest: no fabricated uptime, no invented figure.
  • We do not promise that the website, API, indexer or keeper will be available. The contracts are usable without them.
  • We do not promise that the contracts are free of defects. They are unaudited software; an external security review is an open roadmap item.
  • We do not promise any price, liquidity, funding rate or outcome.
  • To the extent the applicable law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, the API or the contracts on Elysium mainnet.

Why this is short

A product with valueless collateral and no legal entity does not need long terms; it needs accurate ones. When an entity is selected or real collateral is considered, these will be replaced, and the change will be recorded on this page.

Changes and contact

We may update these statements as the product changes. The current version is always the one published here, and material changes will be noted at the top of this page. No contact channel has been published yet because no domain or official account has been selected; a channel will be published together with them, and until then the repository that contains this site is the record.
